Our Founder

Dr. Belinda Tubbs Wallace graduated from Aiken High School. She attended several universities in Ohio, a Bachelor's degree from Central State University, a Master's degree from the University of Dayton, and a second Master's degree from the University of Cincinnati, Guidance Counselor certification from the University of Dayton, Vocational licensure from Wright State University, and a Doctoral degree from Xavier University. She brands college awareness to all she encounters. Elevation in Education, she believes education is the key to unlocking poverty. She is a former child social worker, teen parent advocate, school teacher, and both elementary and high school principal. It is because of this experience that she has a passion for HC&S Impact Services, which focuses on Home, School and Community impact to provided the necessary developmental tools to create self-confident and ambitious individuals.
